There are several methods for installing turf grass:

Seed – seed is spread on prepared soil and consistently watered.

Hydromulch – a slurry of paper and wood fiber is combined with seed and fertilizer and sprayed on prepared soil.

Sod – instant grass! Some hybrid varieties must be sod as they will not germinate from seed.
