AdministrationCathy earned the degree of Bachelor of Arts in English from Abilene Christian University. In addition, Cathy is certified by the Texas Nursery and Landscape Association as a Texas Certified Nursery Professional (#4231) and earned a Certificate of Completion from the College of Garden Design, England. She has been honored by the Big Country Master Gardener Association for her resource contributions and has also earned the title of Master Gardener.

Dan Haught
Administration
Dan earned the degree of Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Abilene Christian University and was named Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. Dan is licensed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality as a Licensed Irrigator (#4426) and a Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester (#8740). He is also licensed by the Structural Pest Control Service of the Texas Department of Agriculture as a Commercial Applicator (#38054). He is recognized by the University of Georgia as a Certified Turfgrass Professional; the Purdue University Center for Urban and Industrial Pest Management for Turfgrass Pest Management completion; and the Texas Nursery and Landscape Association as a Texas Certified Nursery Professional (#4230).

Cliff Kincheloe
Operations
Cliff joined MasterScapes in 2006 and is a graduate of Eastland High School. He has over 30 years of experience in small gas engine repair and is factory trained and certified on most brands of commercial lawn equipment.

Tom Martin, Landscape Architect
Landscape and Design
Tom earned the degree of Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University and is a Texas Registered Landscape Architect (#1632). Following five years of practice in Dallas, Tom joined the City of Abilene in the Parks Division where he spent ten years working with various aspects of the development and enhancement of municipal parks and facilities. In addition to his strong analytical and design skills, he has extensive working knowledge of ornamental and native plant material. Tom joined MasterScapes in 2000.

Ryan McCorkle, Commercial Applicator
Property Care
Ryan earned the degree of Bachelor of Science in Horticulture, with an emphasis on Turfgrass Management, from Texas Tech University. Prior to joining MasterScapes in 2009, Ryan worked on several prestigious U. S. golf courses including Shoal Creek Golf Club in Birmingham, AL – home of the 1990 PGA championship; Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, TX – home of the Crown Plaza Invitational at Colonial; and Shady Oaks Country Club in Fort Worth, TX – home course of Ben Hogan and site of the 2008 U. S. Senior Amateur. Ryan is licensed by the Structural Pest Control Service of the Texas Department of Agriculture as a Commercial Applicator (#46322).

Aaron Owen
Landscape and Design
Aaron is a graduate of North Dallas High School and brings over ten years of landscape installation and maintenance, and irrigation experience to the MasterScapes team. Aaron’s experience includes landscape assistance at a higher eduation institution and management of commercial and residential properties in the Greater Austin area. Aaron joined MasterScapes in 2010.

Jordan Phillips, Licensed Irrigator
Water Management
Jordan is a 2007 Cum Laude graduate of Tarleton State University earning the degree of Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Services and Development. He is licensed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality as a Licensed Irrigator (#17186) and by the Structural Pest Control Service of the Texas Department of Agriculture as a Commercial Applicator (#45969). Jordan joined MasterScapes in 2007.

After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Abilene Christian University, Grant spent the next 20 years working in sales, management, and operations in several industries. His broad experience and passion for customer service make him a skilled leader and excellent mentor. Grant joined MasterScapes in 2008.

Administration
Juliana graduated from Abilene Christian University with the degree of Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. She joined the MasterScapes team in 2008 after working with the Dallas Stars and a local insurance agency.

Scott Warren, Certified Arborist and Master Nurseryman
Arbor Care
Scott joined MasterScapes in 2007 with 23 years experience in the nursery and landscape industry. Scott has extensive plant knowledge and in 1984 was recognized as a Texas Certified Nursery Professional by the Texas Nursery and Landscape Association. In 1989, Scott earned even greater recognition as a Texas Master Certified Nursery Professional (#1736). In 2008, he earned the title of Certified Arborist (#TX-3526A) from the International Society of Arboriculture. Scott is also licensed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality as Licensed Irrigator (#6235) and the Texas Department of Agriculture as a licensed lawn and ornamental Chemical Applicator (#0404372). An Abilene native, he enjoys sharing his extensive plant knowledge as a popular, local guest speaker.

Colton Wright
Property Care
Colton, a Coahoma native, joined MasterScapes in 2005 following a career that has included insurance sales, fire marshall, plumber and EMT. Colton is relationship oriented and loves to be of service to others, qualities which make him an invaluable member of the MasterScapes team.

Judy Wright
Administration
Judy attended Howard College and the University of Texas - Permian Basin. She joined MasterScapes in 2001 and has over 20 years of experience in office administration and management, customer relations, and accounting. Judy has strong organizational skills and provides excellent support in meeting project deadlines and goals.
